Well a little thing called the data protect act may make this hard... I would try asking the police?

You can do a free search at your county courthouse. If you know the street and area, ask the workers at the Recorder of Deed's office to help you find the right book to look in. If he doesn't own the house, though, that won't help. It lists only owners. You could give a description of his car and a photo of your ex to a private investigator and ask him/her to go out for an hour or two some weekday morning between 6:30 and 8:30. They should spot him coming out to go to work. Then you'll know.

Hello i dont think there is such a website due to the fact that this is not ethical towards the people, and their identity. But i sure that police can help you is you are searching for the father of your children.
Best of luck

B4USearch.com has a searchable electoral roll but it's a few years out of date. If you want up the the minute info then you just have to pay for it... there is no free options.. I've searched myself in the past!
