No, not even a blood test is that accurate. Your body doesn't start producing hcg, the pregnancy hormone until the egg implants into the uterine lining, which is 1 week after conception. The levels aren't high enough to detect until about 1 week after that.

No, because you dont get pregnant until 2 weeks before your period. That's when you ovulate/conceive. You can find out a week before your period, like I did, with early pregnancy tests.

Yes you can find out!, the blood pregnancy test are 100% secure after the 5th day that you have the relation, you don't have to wait your period for know, and the regular pregnancy test can predict after 15 days after the relation. Good luck and take care! ;)

most than likely not.. your body needs time to produce the hcg levels... :-)

No...that is when you ovualte to conceive. there will be no hcg being produced yet.

no i dont think so, usually you are just about ready to ovulate at that point.
