Does anyone remember this song from the 70s?

Some of the lyrics were - sneaking out the backdoor to hang out with those hoodlums in the night...when your only worry was for Christmas what would be your toy...
These are about the only lyrics I can recall. Male artist, probably a group.

It's a Stevie Wonder song.

I believe it was called "I Wish".
