Situps. You will be surprised! I guarentee! Situps are the way to go!

babes your gonna have to do sit ups
and cardio
run and bike and situps on the sit up bench
keep the bench at normal level. these people in the gym they put the bench to maximum height and do like 20 sit ups
low level high number count best results
after 1 month set a new count
from 100 to 500 daily like me
oh yeah situps with out cardio you have to do them daily to keep shown results
or you can run sweat and do situps every so offten
but then the strength in the muscle wont be the same
so you end up doing situps every day or scheduled

oh yeah the more power you have in your arms the more situps you are going to charge through keep count
and proper sit ups hands together behind head and SSSSIIIIIITTTTTT AAAAUUUUUUUUUUP
a diet aswell low fat meaning dariy products unless you want to grow because guess were all that creamy goodness goes

sweat
sweat is the key lean hard cut muscles it is what seen abs are

Crunches and situps! Start with 10-20 of each every other day and keep adding more, soon you'll be able to do 200-300 easily. Start out slow though you don't want to pull a muscle or hurt yourself. Make sure you breathe steadily and have proper form. When doing a crunch make sure you are lifting yourself up with your upper abs and not using your hands behind your head to jerk your neck up. And try to keep your stomach muscles tight when exercising! good luck!

Cardio! Try to stay away from things like white bread, pasta...
and do lots of situps/crunches. The key is not to do the same situp all the time...to see results, you want to do as many different kinds of situps/crunches as you can stand. There are tons.....look it up on the internet, you'll find a bunch.
