O.K i'm not going to say lipstick.
Try getting colour tattooed on yer lips? If ya want permanant, try that.
If you want semi-permanent try a red permanent marker, (non-toxic)then put your lipstick over it. It will will stay on forever. I know some "professional" types who use the marker trick. Good luck and keep kissin!

mm you can try lip color, like lipstick, but try for the long lasting kind so you dont have to reapply all the time. i dont know of any permanent ways to keep your lips red, but lip color could work =)

Maybe your dehydrated if they are that pale? I use a facial scrub on my lips and then vaseline. But i have naturally red lips (i never wear makeup). But that might help. :)

Bite your lips for 5-10mins, then put your head into a toilet and flush it. Afterwards, tell someone to b.i.t.c.h slap you 2 to 3 times with a trout.
