Roughly 40 degrees north, 20 degrees east. It's on the Adriatic Sea across from Italy, northwest of Greece, south of Serbia and Montenegro, west of Macedonia. It's small, only a couple hundred square miles. Capital is Tirane or Tirana, depending who you ask.
