Maybe. Depends on the plug/socket being the same and other factors, such as, does the mic require a voltage that may not be supplied by the psp? Any standard e/m can be used in most cases, but the military is hardly ever "standard". We in motorcycle sound have had that problem for years as we use dynamic mic's in most cases and many units require ceramic. One needs a voltage to operate and the other doesn't. The speakers may not be a problem due the different impedance's can just be corrected by using different volume levels.

I have used the SOCOM headset from the PS2 on MSN, and also EYETOY works. You can even use EYETOY's built in mic too. Because these work, if you buy an adapter for the PSP version to make it the larger size USB plug, I dont see why it shouldn't work. If you use XP the headset driver should already be on the system, and should find it straight away.

If it has the right drivers for it on the system that you are using then yes. You can always try it out and see if it will work. If it doesn't, then it means that there are no drivers available. Drivers are the software that tells a computer how to use peripheral devices like headsets. Windows XP fortunately has a ton of drivers built in, and you may be able to use one of those to make the headset work.
