My IPod mini is on the fritz and I bought the extended warranty at Best Buy. Since it is almost 2 years old, I am debating about returning it and getting the 30gb one but I hate how I have to keep all my songs that I have loaded into iTunes on my computer or it will erase them off my iPod. I also seem to have some trouble moving song files to other drives such as a removable drive.
One other factor is that my public library has books on tapes that you can download, but they don't work with iPods. Is there some way to convert them that the less then computer savy people at the library don't know about?

I don't think it's worth your money. I mean, I got an iPod Nano for a...PRETTY expensive price. It doesn't do much, and plus, Apple items rip you off.

Get another Mp3 player, man!

i'd deffinately choose yet another Ipod. a million. Yours replaced into an older version if to procure it 3 years in the past. 2. Apple have reinvented and made way more effective eneration fashions. 3. those new fashions carry extra songs and could be extra sturdy, very last more. 4. layout is a few distance more effective than the different mp3 participant. 5. Apple Ipods have sooo many alternative upload-ons and improvements its unbeleivable. Thats in problem-free words my opinion even with the reality that.

I like my 30 GB iPOD. I really hate iTunes and how they make people get their format. But I like the capacity of storage of iPOD. I wish I had the 80 GB.

Get whatever make you happy and good luck to you.

At two yrs. old if you use your ipod alot you many just need a new battery. That's a lot less expensive than buying a new player.

iPod's are overrated. Not sure if they are available in the US, but look for the Creative Zen series of mp3 players.
