Ciara is not a hermaphrodite. That is just a rumor. Before she became famous, when you looked up the name Ciara it would go to a man's website who talked about how he became a woman surgically. So someone probably found the web page and then decided to start the rumor as a joke, and now today it's taken as fact by most people.

The rumours of her being on Oprah are fake.
Liz Clairborne, Tommy Hillfiger and neither CEO of Proctor & Gamble was on Oprah. People figured on Oprah everyone would spill the beans. Thats what makes the rumour sounds true.
Muddle-headed confusion between the songstress Ciara and a transsexual in Ireland who shares the same name may well have worked to create this rumor. Ireland's Ciara was born in 1968 (which is about 20 years before the gal who was to become the popular Crunk & B singer). Online searches for 'ciara' quickly find the Irish Ciara's web page, which chronicles her experience of being surgically regendered.

No, for some reason people love to start rumors about beautiful woman saying that they are half man or use to be a man. Ciara was born a little girl and now is a beautiful woman.

That is such a silly rumour, she even knows about that rumour, I saw her on some interview saying that lots of people are talking all kinds of crap about her and it's not true.
I think it's quite obvious that she's a woman, damn the girl sure has lots of haters. Jealous morons! I can't belive some people went and stooped that low as to make up something like that, I belive the correct term is hermaphrodite?

My cat, Xanax, was an extraordinary climber. When he was a kitten, he had a broken leg and yet he still climbed tall trees with a cast on. He could climb up two stories of a stucco building by straddling the corners. He climbed to the roof of my four story apartment building and would go so high in trees that the top branches would sway under his weight. He died a couple months ago at age 21. At that age, with renal failure, all the climbing he did was on to the couch, but he was amazing. I really miss him.

I thought I was crazy, cuz I heard the same thing too. I think it is true because if I do believe she talked about it on national television. If its true it really doesnt bother me, because I like Ciara's music.

No she didnt,they say she said it on ,but you can never believe what people say until its comin from the mouth of that person. I dont beleive a word they say. she was born with a .
