Naruto anime only watchers are spouting crap like they know everything about the series and say stuff is true even if it has been disproven in the manga.

That sort of person is called an Otaku. Contrary to what a lot of people think, in Japan, an Otaku is someone who's just begun to watch anime and read manga.. for lack of a better word, "noobies."
I find it a little funny when I hear Americans call themselves "Otaku" because it's really an insult. :(
