well both are very very talented guitarists, page was really really good but i think hendrix just had that something extra, that perfect talent where page had 1 more step to go before he could reach hendrix, so my choice definately hendrix

I would say Hendrix. Page was a better player but Hendrix changed everything when it came to guitar playing. Without doubt Hendrix influenced Page, so it must be Hendrix

Very good question, because I'm a fan of both.
Both had roots in blues music. Both were great guitar players, and songwriters.
I would pick Hendrix, for the fact that he was so unique.

any guitar player who listen to jimi hendrix will be influenced for the rest of his life,and i' ve got a lotta respect for jimmy page but jimi hendrix is definetly the greatest
