The exhaustion and tender breasts are both symptoms of pregnancy, and they were the first symptoms I had, too. I know you don't want to get your hopes up just to have them dashed again, but if think you are pregnant, start acting like it: rest, healthy diet, exercise, vitamins. If you've been trying for a long time, you probably have some or all of these in place already. Make an appointment with your OB/GYN for an office pregnancy test. The OTC ones work fine, but the professional ones are more precise.
Most importantly: listen to your body. If you're lightheaded, sit and have a drink of water (you're probably dehydrated). If you're tired, lie down and rest. And make that appointment. I know you're scared, but you have to find out for sure. Good luck and best wishes--

I felt the same way with both of my kids. My first one I did have spottings some the first few months. I would go and get tested. In the mean time try some apple juice for the nosia. Being Prego made me want to sleep 24/7 the first 3 months with my youngest. Good luck .

Sounds like a yes to me. I have a beautiful 6 month old baby boy, and when I first got pregnant I was very dizzy at times... I even passed out in the shower!!! So I'd be careful... but yes, it sounds like it to me. I'm no pro... just the one baby for me. But I do have 3 neices and 2 nephews so I know a little... I would take the test. And besides, wouldn't it be better to know, than to make yourself even more upset by not knowing??? That's definitely not good for a baby, if you are. :) Good luck.

Your symptoms sound good but pregnancy symptoms resemble period symptoms also.
I know its hard to test when you know there is a 50 50 chance and have been let down so many times. Go ahead and test. You may get a great Christmas surprise.
Good Luck hun.

it type of feels no longer likely.. From what I understand (that is been a protracted time because Human progression type) the clarification females have classes is to bathe the liner of the uterus to supply the final obtainable 'domicile' to a fetus.. in case you're pregnant, that lining could be in use, so in case you have been to have a era, it could could be quite gentle,, nevertheless, in case you think of you're pregnant, that's a speedy attempt the two on the healthcare expert's place of work or from the drugstore..
