That's why I have my Otter...My fur at least is the correct colour. I'd love to seee aged avatars, but the kids might use them too. I think that's the impetus behind not having them

I agree with you, however I looked up the word Avatar and it means a perfect and/or godlike representation or symbol for ones self. So maybe they figure everyone wants to look 21 in a perfect world.
I know one thing... all of our Avatars look very much alike. I saw one exactly like my own this morning. Hopefully they will keep adding new features and eventually we will look more individuals.
They are still pretty fun to play with though. I change mine every week if I can

They also look about a size 4. Even the larger size ones aren't over an 8. Same with the guys. No beer belly, have hair, etc. Never expect to be able to be honest with an Avatar.

I'm a bit older than 21 but could get away with being that age.But maybe yahoo could come up with a wider variety of avatars for people of different ages

I'm older than 21, but people tell me I look around that age. I think my avatar looks about my age. I guess if I was in my forty's or older I could understand.

That was my question too a few weeks ago. We need a few other choices for age, weight, clothing, hair, facial features, etc... Maybe Yahoo will take the hint. I'm 41 and I'm proud of it. I'd choose an older-looking avatar if it were available. And - I'd choose some better clothes!

um mines looks about 21 an ill be 26 but most people in real life think i am 19-21

I am actually 21 funny you should say (born 20th of June 1985), maybe they should have avators for people in their 20's, 30's, 40's etc and people with different nationalities as well!

I agree with you. I haven`t been even close to 21 for many many years. I would like one that at least has a bit of a resemblance to me instead of my 21 yr. old daughter.
