I'm a MBA(HR) working for GovtSector want to shift my career towards the IT.Suggest the best courses to learn

I'm a MBA(HR) graduate from INDIA working for Govt Sector.I want to shift my profession towards the IT by learnig either SAP CRM or Sieble's CRM. Suggest the best not only form the above but also from those which I might not know. I'm in a great dilema. Please help me out. I'm also planning to join CA,CS or CWA in the future.But these are long term. Please suggest me the best in addition to CA,CS or CWA

Since you have already done your MBA in HR, try getting into SAP HR. both these qualifications can give you a lot of boost
