Try different techniques until you find one that works.

Find a quiet, comfortable spot, open your assignment and read. Study a few minutes, take a break (stretch, read, drink some water), then start again. Repeat until your assignment is done. Make sure there aren't too many distractions, like loud music rowdy students.

Try studying with friends. If you run into something you don't understand, ask them for help.

Some folks can study outside. The sun can feel really good when it's nice out. Find a warm, sunny spot and give it a try.

Don't put off studying. It's so much easier to study a little bit at a time than a lot at once.

If you need more help, see if your college offers tutors. They're free at some campuses.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

YOu have to be interested in what you are studying. Having a goal in mind and realizing what the results will be when you are finished with school. Some people start college too soon after graduating from High School and are not focused.

Go to the library and go on the quiet floor. This technique will force you to study because you can't make any noise so there are no distractions. Also read the books you have for the class and revise any notes you take in class. With this you should pass every class. I did.
