I have the best wife on Earth. I am the luckiest... Please offer suggestions on how I can tell her. I think I am pretty creative but I will gladly use cool or cute ideas I am capable of. What has melted your heart. Intricate is okay, she so-o-o-o-o deserves it!!! (oh yeah, she's pregnant!! no skydiving trip ideas) Thank you.

make her a baby book. find a nice blank book from a craft shop and fill it with ideas for names, things to do together when the babys born, scan photos etc its sweet and thoughtful and will really show you care.
this is one for a mother to make but with a few alterations it could be a good starting point for you.

Just tell her like you wrote above. Do nice things to help her out while she is pregnant and be patient. Listening and understanding is a key factor in a good intimate relationship.

why not just ask her and just take care of her during this time and pamper her and she will feel loved.
