I take it that this was a 4" suspension lift and not a 4" body lift.
With a suspension lift the steering box moves up with the frame which causes the tires to toe-in excessively. There way not be enough adjustment on the tie rods to lengthen them so that the wheels are set correctly. I would check with the store you got the lift kit from to see if they have a pitman arm designed to be used with that lift kit. This pitman arm would have a 4" drop designed into it that would return the steering geometry back to where it should be. The final adjustments will still need to be done using an alignment machine to set the angles correctly. Tolerances for toe-in need to be within a 1/16 of an inch.

Unless up have an alignment machine you can not do it.If you do have one just entre the truck you have and adjust to the specs it gives you . You could rough it in by using a tape measure . Measure from the back of the tire in a tread groove to the same tread groove on the other tire. Now use the same groove on the front of the tire Like try to make two 2x2 board the same length you want them as close as possible. To adjust it loosen the pinch bolts on the centre link and turn the tube to get the movement you need . But get to the alignment place as soon as possible as this is not good enough and you wear your tires out quickly

set the toe as close to straight ahead as you can and then go to alignment shop.they can then set the rest properly otherwise you will ruin your tires and you could damage front end parts
