The term "Time Era" is a bit of a misnomer as the word "Era" can stand alone when referencing a period of time. The Merriam Webster Online Dictionary defines era, in the sense you mention, as:

...a period identified by some prominent figure or characteristic feature

What this amounts to, is a period of time when specific events were occurring among a group, state, nation, or even the entire world.

In this case, the the historical era you refer to occurred in the US from 1920 to 1933 and was called Prohibition. Prohibition itself led to certain styles, behaviors and actions of the people involved that carried up to the end of the 1930s.

Prohibition can be called an era of time, a time era, or simply, an era.
