Simply open the case and change the memory (replace the first one with the second one) if you have only only memory card just move it clean under it and return it. Also if you bought your computer and the shop installed the software for you just try to format the computer and install windows your self if you remain having the problem just inform me during which process.

reboot the computer... if you just made a change to the computer, that could have caused the issue...

usually the bsod is mem related, but could be harware failure as well....are you overclocked?
