i got no web sides for good cheats but i figure out a way to catch suicune,entei,raikou.
to catch the three dogs,go to any place that you can catch pokemon,save you game and walk into the grass to find pokemon if you already found three but suicune still didn't appear than just reset your game and walk in the grass to find another three pokemons and if suicune still didn't appear than just use this mothod again.(if you see suicune already,every time you reset you game check where suicune is, if it is not at the place you are just reset your game and try again.)
entei is more difficult to catch because he will use roar,and every time you use roar you will never get to catch him again so i suggest you use a LV 60 and above golbat that know Mean look and Truant.
other peoples may already know this method but i did figure out this by myself.
