Dante's Inferno - The Movie, based on Dante Alighieri's The Divine Comedy. Dont get fooled by the title since it is a bad translation into English from Italian. This is the first part of a trilogy and it is horror with a passionate love story behind it.

Somebody already mentioned Hitchcock - check out "Notorious"

It's a thriller love story about a federal agent recruiting the daughter of a Nazi to infiltrate a group of Nazi's to find out what their plans are. Takes place the year after WW2 ended.

It's got what could be the best cast ever - Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman, Claude Reins.

My favorite Hitchcock movie, and one of his more underrated films.

Slingblade has some funny moments, and will also jerk some tears.

House of 1000 Corpses was a hoot, not real scary, but fun to watch, and the pshycho-family were all passionate about their torturing!

I say....'A Clockwork Orange'

Definately a comedy that is psychotic...not much of a passionate story, but look under 'Alfred Hitchcock' for classics such as 'Psycho' I know he was one that fits all those...can't think of the name.

The Abomnible Dr. Phibes. Nothing says I love you like hauling your dead wife around and getting revenge on the doctors who killed her.
