C.O.P.E. is an acronym for challenging outdoor personal experience. It is a bit misleading in that it is also use to build teamwork and team spirit. You may find one at a Scout reservation and some of them will run COPE for non scout members. I would find a scout reservation near you on line and check them out. They can explain the program to you. It is usually very inexpensive. Other things you can do and should be doing after COPE is to have some grope outings. Have a different member or pair of members plan the outing. It can be a simple outing like a grope lunch, picnic or a weekend camp out. Picnics can include some games that build team work like old fashioned sack races or blind man walks. Our research team at work has been doing this and it has helped. Sounds like you have grabbed the bull by the horns. Good luck.

We've been greyhound racing but I see that you don't have a track near to you. Large scale scalextric are fun too as the companies typically run a competition and present a cup at the end.
On a completely different tangent, why not see if business in the community or similar have a challenge event for you? Decorating a creche or nursery or similar is great fun and is helping somebody else at the same time.

Have a champagne and drug fuelled pyjamma party. I find that one easily breaks the ice and makes people work more as a team.
