I have a step brother that is having a baby this month and isnt sure if it is his. DO sites like www.discountdna.net work? Can you take dna tests and mail them in to get the results.

we went the next step and did it in locations closer to each other, we live in different states. yes, but make sure it is accredited and do a little research before choosing one.
