Why are TX and IN privatizing social services?

These states are trying to have private companies service government services such as medicare, disability, food stamps, unemployment, toll roads and ports instead of solving the problems thru government agencies and government employees and American citizens.

Because over half of all government money goes to bureaucrats and government employees instead of the people it was aimed at.

Once the privater sector comes in and government is removed things run more efficiently and with less money.
