Try some rubbing alcohol and some canned air and try to spray them out. Make sure you take them out of the printer first so you don't spray ink everywhere inside.

If the cleaning cartridges were unsuccessful...you may have bigger problems! Epsons have a suction tube under the print heads that loves to clog up. Repair/Cleaning is difficult for the first time repairer. Search the internet for your particular model repair, if you want to try it. If your printer is not under warranty, you may be better off buying another one!

Open printer properties and get the printer to perform a nozzle check or head cleaning. Then print a test page. If you're using compatable cartridges you may need to repeat the procedure.
