My back driver side tire is really wearing out and when I'm driving and I get to about sixty my car starts shaking a little bit, but then when I get past to about 70 then it rides smoother.

First, it needs replaced. There a few reasons why. Normal wear, if it has 30,000 miles on it, then it may just be normal. If, a tire not checked for balance regular, a weight could fall off or the tire just need rebalanced from regular wear. Also, Air pressure can cause wear, too much and the center wears, too less the outer edges wear, and this can also affect balance. Another is Alignment, some cars today actually require a 4 wheel alignment. I have never aligned mine and never had problems. Most times alignment goes off if you hit something really hard with a wheel, run off in a ditch, hit a deep pot hole, those type things or (a high mile vehicle may need ball joint replaced or tie rod, but those are on the front.) One last thing could be Brake adjustment may and I say may affect tire wear and Wheel Bearing may have a possible effect.

i own a repair shop, and it may be real bad out of alignment,,or the air pressure isn't tight in them,,you,ll need to have this checked before you have tires out on it again or it will wear a new set out also, good luck with it it,,and have a good x-mas.
