It's good that you are thinking ahead. The first step to becoming a magazine editor is to start taking your english classes very seriously. You will need to be able to proof read and correct your own work for spelling, grammar, and content (editing!). Foreign language classes are another good way to learn and perfect your grammar skills. You may also want to get involved with your school newspaper or yearbook to start gaining experience in writing, editing, and layout. Taking cosmetology classes now may be a fun choice for an elective, but it will not actively move you closer to the goals you have mentioned.

Once you are in college, you should consider majoring in either English or Journalism with a minor in Business (especially if you want to own your own business some day). Internships are available for both high school and college students, and are another great way to gain experience in the field. Talk to your school counselor now about internship opportunities that are available in your area. Most colleges have a career development office that help students with internship applications and interviews. Remember that your internships may be with a book publisher or a newspaper rather than a maganize, but the experience is valuable across the board.

Duhhhhhhhh....... Start learning to spell and some grammar. Editing job is not same as putting make up on the face.

For 15 year old seems like you are " F " student by looking at your writing.

you are never too young to do anything, But what i would suggest is, for you to talk to a local Magazine Editor and ask her to mentor you for a month or so, then shadow her... Good Luck...
