I don't know if you have one in your area but we have Plato's Closet. It's like a young trendy consignment shop. Cheap clothes and you can get money for the ones you don't want anymore.

Goodwill and Thrift Stores always have unique clothes that no one else has. You could stand out. Also, try some of the "lower-end" stores like K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, Big Lots, you'll be surprised at how cute those clothes can be. I'm not kidding either. Try some of the out of way stores that you know none of your friends or classmates are going to. That way, you could have cute and original things.

always 21 and history (history is owned by always 21 yet has different clothing)those places many times have somewhat good sales. I purely offered 2 shirts from history and that i in problem-free words paid $8 because they were on sale.

Try a marshall's or tj maxx if you have those or try craigslist.com and see if anyone is selling or giving away there cloths....good luck
