I end up having these quite often. you should start with a "dream journal" write down your dreams as soon as you wake up, and with as much detail as possible. when you go to bed, clear your head, and focus on something you want to dream about. eventually, you can dream about anything. then, you will realize it. in the dream, try holding your nose shut, then breathe through it. you should be able to. have fun

This is not a joke. The clearest dreams I have ever had in my life have been recently. They are induced by drinking high quality tequila shots before going to bed. I am a non smoker but have been drinking Petron anejo. The expensive stuff. Do not make margaritas or anything like that. Just straight shots. You will have early morning dreams that are so real that it will blow your mind. This is not a joke.

They are fun.

Start by taking notes of what you dream about. Do it as soon as you wake up. You WILL forget or your memory will change otherwise.

After a few weeks try to think 'independantly' in your dreams. Dont attempt to change its course just yet.

After that, start changing things. It takes time.
