Firstly, it's Johnny DEPP
And I don't remember hearing anything about him not doing any more of the Pirates movies. I believe he said he was staying on for the duration of however many movies they make. They are already filming the 3rd and he is still Jack Sparrow. He said he loves doing these movies and can't wait for his kids to be able to watch them. I doubt seriously he would just stop.

Yes, Johnny Debt is doing another Pirates movie. Never fear. He'll be stuck in that pirate role for the rest of his life.

they made the third movie with the second one, and there ARE only three! so obviously he won't be doing more of them!do you honestly think there can be a pirates of the caribbean withOUT johnny depp?!

That's not true. I heard the same thing. but I looked up on the thired movie and it said he is playing caption jack, it wouldn't be a movie without Jonny depp. So dont worry.Have a nice day.

Johnny Depp signed on for #3, I believe they already filmed it. There haven't been plans for any more that I've heard of.
