Sit down with your family and talk about your expectations now. Then set groundrules; i.e. no walking into your bedroom without knocking, etc. If you are going to be there a while, it's best to know what you are getting into or you might never get along again. I lived with my (now) husband for 4 months before we bought our own house and now his sister and I don't get along because of the experience living together without clear expectations or rules.

If everybody gets along and your family likes your BF, it should be okay. It might feel a little wierd at first.
