can anyone give information of spamming one person mobile. as two days before i was spammed by that person.and i had to spend 300 rupees to unlock the sim .i know it is illegal but i want to teach him a lesson ,because on that day i lost an very important calls because my mobiles was spammmed

Its illegal to spam another persons mobile. If you want revenge then report him to the police. The Indian police will do the beating for you.
