A man had an accident and tore his entire right brachial plexus....?

would his ability to discriminate tactile resolution be better or worse in his right upper extremity distal to the injury?

How about tactile localization.

brutal injury, hypothetical or not. there would definitely be a worsening of distal tactile resolution. as far as localization, i'm not sure. it would depend on other injuries accompanying the plexus tear, which is likely considering the accident would have been major (to cause this type of damage).
