The bulge looks bluish. Please help!I have only been feeding it NUTRAFIN tortoise pellets and it's been pooping all right.

Could be bot flies, an abscess, etc. I'd run it to a vet for a good checkup.

You need to take it to a vet right away. My mothers dog had a lump on its lip and they saw a vet, who was not their normal vet and he said it was a barb. Turned out to be cancer poor dog by that time it spread through out his body and he was so miserable. Get it checked out right away.
