I'm not sure if you are just looking for compliments to strengthen an already healthy ego, or you are truly lacking in self-esteem. Either way, I'll be honest by telling you that I think you are a very attractive young lady. I find the artistic nature of the photograph to be intriguing, to your advantage.
With that said, I don't see any reason you should "change" anything. The question you should ask yourself is what component of yourself makes you feel unattractive? There are plenty of things one can do to spruce themselves up, but without a specific problem area upon which to focus, I'm afraid I won't be able to give a detailed solution.

Please! Don't try to change yourself for OTHER people! What if you try to "change" yourself into something that you're not -- and "they" don't like you for this new "changed for them" person? Then you might feel terrible. You're young if you're a freshman and 14. You AND everyone else will be changing over the next several years. It's not only okay to be goofy and silly, often some of the most liked people are exactly like that! You think that guys are looking at you like you're a "freak" -- but how do you know that they don't like you and are just acting that way because they're nervous and don't want to look uncool. Some guys like girls who are quiet and shy or as you described it - more contained. BUT and this is a big BUT - there are guys out there who are more self confident and would be bored with a girl who is quiet and contained. Those are the ones who will be more attracted to someone like you. What I suggest is to think about when you feel really good about yourself or about something that you did. When do YOU feel good about YOURSELF. Try to do more of those types of things. If you feel that sometimes you are acting "weird" or "silly" or "immature" and YOU (not anyone else) don't like it when you act that way, then you can start to work on those things. Work on them so that you feel better and more self confident about yourself. Figure out when you act a way that you personally don't like and think about how you can react differently in the future. You can even practice acting different by yourself at home. Here's a secret! You can do what is called "visualization" - actors and star athletes and successful people do it all the time. They picture themselves (you can close your eyes for this) in the same type of situation and then picture themselves saying and doing and acting the way that they want to act in the future. Picture it so it is crystal clear in your mind. Feel really good about what you are visualizing. Good luck! I think that you sound very nice and that lots of people will want to get to know you! And... they'll be lucky to do so!

i think you know that you are cute, you just want to hear about it more and more! :)
No serious, you look really nice on pic, but i think you should change your hair to more cute look! On your place i'd grow it a little, then cut a bangs, layers in front, add some volume and i think you 'll be even more prettier!!! Try to experiment with the make up, maybe some colour shadows! Anyway... you look pretty at that's it!
Good luck!

Actually I think that you are very pretty. I wouldn't really change anything about myself. I know what it's like to hate the way you look. The only pictures of me that I like are my Glamour Shot pictures. I suffer from very low self esteem and I hate the way that I look too.

I think you're pretty...I would have to say that you grow your hair longer and thats' about the only thing I think you should change...Don't listen to those people who say you don't have to change anything about yourself...if you want to change you go ahead and change...change is good.

Yep, you're cute. You could change your hair, if you want to change something. Curls are good but wet curls aint so good.

I think you're pretty. Do something else with your hair, though. I work with faces and yours is not ugly.
