No offense to the person above, but Virgos are the most incompatible sign because they're way too critical for Aquarians and they find us to be too weird for them. Two Aquarians would seem to be the perfect match but take it from me, that's a match made in hell. I've been there and done that. Our best matches are Libras and Leos.

As an Aquarian woman myself, I dated a Gemini man and it was so great because he was so spontaneous and enjoyed going out all the time and having fun! I still think that is the best sign for an Aquarian woman.
