When we were declaring our independence from Britain, the words, "We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal..." were written in the declaration of Independence. So those words have been cherished and quoted. The man who wrote them owned slaves, so its logical to conclude that he was referring to white men are being created equal. In the process of this and political correctness, people no longer use there own eyes and ears but rather they say what they have been taught to say. If all men were actually equal, no country would have ever been taken by another. I do feel its true that all races have various attributes that may help them. I notice that there are many long distance runners from Kenya, strong men from Scandinavia, etc.

i'd say that they are brainwashed about as a lot as the different usa is by using its information. All information in only someones interpretation of what must be informed as a narrative, and unavoidably has a level of opinion. In Britain we've a tendency to imagine very fantastically of the BBC, yet even it is one sided and unfair, at the same time as became the finest time you heard comments from Brazil, between the worlds greatest economies? in case you've been to take heed to the Beeb you'll imagine there became no international outdoors of the middle east. human beings have a tendency to imagine individuals are somewhat dumb, yet they are to blame for an excellent type of the worlds recommendations as we communicate and also they are the rustic that has the most important agencies and the finest equipped military, not often the moves of a collection of ignoramuses. And sure, different international places have a similar concern, and then some. North Korea has put in radios in each human being's residences that turn on without delay in the morning and broadcast state information, telling the persons individuals are blood sucking capitalists attempting to devour their babies! China has state run television telling them Japan is planning yet another attack in the close to destiny. Australia has state run television (ABC) broadcasting similar perspectives as that of the beeb. In Australia there is more desirable British information than that of Asia, even with Australia being part of Asia! Coming back to Britain, keep in mind that the beeb is likewise a state run broadcasting community. no longer all Muslims are terrorists, all of us do not ignore that. it really is a shame that maximum terrorists look Muslim extremists even with the truth that.

We are all equal. Some have strengths that others don't, but at the end of the day, we're equal and soon, race wont matter because we'll be a little bit of everything, as we see happening now. What that happens though, I'm sure there will be yet another way for us to discriminate. More's the pity.

From what I know, the idea of "race" came to the US from England. They have the exact same idea of it over there. It isn't just us, that's for sure. I'm sad that both societies have issues with it too. You're right, Ahmad, we ARE equal. Black Dragon explained it perfectly above--given the opportunity, we all can succeed.

Depending on your point of view, anyone can be considered to be "brainwashed" (if you want to put it that way) simply because they don't hold the same beleif system as you do.

I think that you are "brainwashed." All humans are equal, endowed by God with the same rights and responsibilities, but naturally some countries have greater wealth, some people (individuals, not races) have more talents, etc.

We've all evolved from common ancestors and have the same genetic codes, some genes are just more dominant in some people than in others, that doesn't make them "better."

Huh?
"All people are equal" being true depends on how you define "equal." That all are human beings descended from a common ancestor is true. That "race" is an outdated, genetically useless term, especially when you try and define race by skin color and facial features, is also true.
That if you mean "equal" as in "equal in wealth, power, or opportunity" we are NOT all equal is also true.
So what are you talking about???

Why is it false to think all people are equal in this world? Do you think some are better than others?
People ARE equal in the eyes of God. The illusions of superiority are what's false and the root of all global problems.

IMO, given the same circumstances of birth, upbringing, schooling, and financial status all ethnic groups are capable of reaching the same status. That is provided they are not interfered with and allowed to strive to their fullest.
