I think Kaydence is a great name...yes...for a boy. I like it spelled with a 'K' because it seems more unique. Good luck with your decision!

I think I like Cadence for a girl best but for a boy I would use 1- Kaydence and then 2- Cadience and then 3- Cadence but it doesn't matter

I prefer the first spelling, Cadence. Using Kaydence seems too feminine. Cadience changes the pronunciation, but Cadince wouldn't. Cadense is another spelling option.

I would go with Cadence... I'm assuming the name is for a boy because of Nathaniel... Kaydence looks feminine and Cadience will be mispronounced his whole life . Good luck =D
