I have been using dandelion for quite some time. It works great for me. Just don't take it at night for obvious reasons.

Pick up an herbal diuretic containing goldenrod, corn silk, horsetail, juniper, or dandelion.

Don't think you can beat green tea. It has other properties that are good for you also. It's good for weight loss and it is a good antiioxidant. And last but not least, it tastes good. It is a good substitute for other drinks.
