I've heard dandelion is good but I was wondering if anyone had tried something that was particularly good for water retention.

Prepare an infusion with cherry stems. This is a serious remedy and it is commonly used in Chile.

I have been using dandelion for quite some time. It works great for me. Just don't take it at night for obvious reasons.

Dandelion ad burdock is excellent for water retention.
also COFFEE believe it or not is a natural diaretic

Pick up an herbal diuretic containing goldenrod, corn silk, horsetail, juniper, or dandelion.

Eating celery regulary works as a diuretic.

Don't think you can beat green tea. It has other properties that are good for you also. It's good for weight loss and it is a good antiioxidant. And last but not least, it tastes good. It is a good substitute for other drinks.
