I'm trying to find some Cd's that I could listen to while relaxing and reading over a cup of hot coffee.

If you like Jazz, try The Rippingtons: 20th Anniversary CD. I heard one song (Costa Del Sol) and I had to buy the CD.
This may sound stupid, but I also enjoy a couple of the Sharper Image music collection CD's. Global Chill, Guitar Heartsongs and Real Relaxation specifically.
This may be heading more into Dance/Electronica territory but I consider it relaxing. But Afterdark: San Francisco is good too. I prefer it over the other Afterdark series CD's.
