Select whatever you want to cut and press CTRL+X to cut and then CTRL+V to paste.

Cut:
Select the "objects" you want to cut, then either:
- On The Keyboard, press [Ctrl]+[X]
- From the Edit menu (if there is any) select "Cut"
- or, right-click on the selection then select "Cut"

Copy:
Select the "objects" you want to cut, then either:
- On The Keyboard, press [Ctrl]+[C]
- From the Edit menu (if there is any) select "Copy"
- or, right-click on the selection then select "Copy"

Paste:
Select the position where you want to paste, then either:
- On The Keyboard, press [Ctrl]+[V]
- From the Edit menu (if there is any) select "Paste"
- or, right-click on the selection then select "Paste"

Selection:
[Ctrl]+[A] => Select All
Shift+Arrow => Expand selection to the direction of the arrow
Click on any object, hold down Ctrl then click another object to select these two objects (can be repeated).
Click on any object, hold down Shift then click another object to select the two objects, with all the objects between them.

To move information between documents

Select the information you want to move.

On the Edit menu, click Copy/Cut.

Click in the document where you want the information to appear.

On the Edit menu, click Paste.

drag you mouse over the text or object you want to cut.

once it's all selected hold down the CTRL +X (that will cut the object)

To paste

click where you want and hold down the CTRL + V and vuala you have cut and paste.

first, highlight the thing that you want to cut, then right click, select "cut" , the go to the location that you want it to be in, right click on a free space, the select "paste".

Highlight what you want then hit cntl+c. That copies it then you can hit cntl+v to paste it where you want it.
