Santa means Saint.
Claus (not clause, that's a different word) is a nickname for Nicholas in Dutch.
It is not Caluse. It is not Caluse. It does not have an e on the end, ever. It can't be spelled either of the ways you have spelled it.
It is the Dutch nickname for Saint Nicholas.
The original St. Nicholas was a Syrian, living in what is not Turkey, but the tradition of his giving gifts was spread to the US from the Netherlands.
In the US, it's always Santa Claus.
'The Santa Clause' is the title of a film. see more about it on imdb.com

Santa's last name is ALWAYS spelled Claus. There is NEVER an "e" at the end.

It's Claus, there was a movie called the Santa Clause, but that's because the story was about a clause.

Yes, that's it: Santa Calus -- Latin for Santa Callous... from riding bareback on reindeer all year long.
