First, you have to download iTunes. (free download at www.apple.com/itunes) Then, start putting songs in iTunes. iTunes will walk you through how to do this. Insert your CD's, or however else you get music. Then, simply connect the iPod, and click and drag all the songs from your iTunes library to your iPod.. its that easy!

Itunes. It's the only way to get songs on to your ipod.

Find the mp3 file on your computer and import it to Itunes. After that, your iPod should automatically recognize the songs, and transfer those songs.
