if u keep ur feelings or realli bad experiences bottled up like that it can lead to psychological trauma of a sort which u may not even have fathomed....so get help maybe a psych or a trusted freind...and the authorities u should definetely contact when u get over the anxiety of telling someone

I think I would start by asking a good friend if she knows anyone who had been abused. This will open the topic for conversation in a way that doesn't implicate you right away. If she says yes, go from there asking how they dealt with it and how she helped as a friend. If she gives answers that seem cold and rude (I hope she wouldn't) like "that's just gross, I don't want to know that kind of stuff," then you don't have to continue with the conversation about yourself.
If she says no, she doesn't know anyone who's been abused, you can ask her how she'd feel about it.
In either case if you feel more safe than threatened by the way they talk about it early in the conversation, then you can open up about yourself more and ask for advice and you'll probably end up getting a hug in the bargain.

well i don't know go 2 laws get a lawyer and fight back and tell everyone so they can fight for u than that person can go 2 jail and have pansi the same thing happened 2 me i never have told that 2 anyone except for my sisters and i slapped a shoe on that abusers face and slapped him and from that no one has abused me i hope this helps just slap him or punch him in the face

I have a friend who was abused by her stepfather 25year,s ago.Last Christmas she reported it to the police,The stepfather is now in prison.!!!If you are being abused in any way,Now or it the past,You must be brave and tell someone,Or go to the police,Thy will help you,SO DO IT NOW.

I would phone annonymously to a helpline, speak to a professional councillor and act on their advice...annonymous means just that...seek the help you need now....best of luck to you...
