What do you think about Kanye West being sued by Evil Kineval?

Kineval is suing him for giving him a "bad image" in his video Touch the Sky.

I heard that this morning, and I think that it's hilarious. I liked Kanye at first, until he began to have tantrums because he didn't win certain awards or because he was not getting enough attention. I personally think that he needs to grow up. Anyway, I really don't think that he gave Evil a bad image and I didn't like the video.

Evel Knievel is suing Kanye for Copyright Infringement. Kneivel claims that the jumpsuit and the motorbike he used interior the video are trademarked. If it somewhat is real and Kanye did no longer ask permission to apply those products then Evel has a solid lawsuit. He could have by some potential given credit to Evel while he desperate to apply the jumpsuit and "skycycle".

I think Kanye needs to realize the value of anothers life image is their own and he should not infringe upon Kineval's rights to his own life lived present or even past when that comes. with the money he spent just to win he could have used in the development of his own true character.and he would have been a true winner after all.

i think that all Kanye had to do was ask Evel Kineval permission to copy his likeness and recreate his stunt. It all would have been so simple. And calling himself Kanyeval isn't helping either.

I don't understand what the attraction to West is for people. he's a dirty-mouthed little no talent whiner. I hope Kineval prevails.

hmm i don't know. any kind of coverage is good coverage and can be a form of admiration. it's for dang sure that evil kineval isn't getting much OTHER kind of coverage right now; i think he should be happy he's being used in a video.
