RZM stands for "Reichs Zeug Meisterei" which was the quality control stamp for official paraphernalia made for the NSDAP, SS, and other paramilitary formations of the Third Reich like insignia, daggers, hats, uniforms, belt buckles etc. My hunch is the sword is one of the branches of the Nazi party and not the Army.
