None so far, but reading detective stories or books that deal with some sort of detecting might give u an idea of how 2 become one like Nancy Drew,Hardy Boys,Agatha Christie and Perry Mason(Gardner).

To be serious. There is a series of books "I want to be......"
Subjects range from Actors to Zoo keepers. There is one on Detectives. Last published 2000 - probably now needs updating. You could also try The Police recruiting centres - they have brochures on this subject. Another thought is the well known "Teach Yourself" series. They too cover the subject.

there is training to become a real life detective who works with the police force. but if you want to be a pretend one who sneaks around trying to solve insignificant probelems then you should rewatch detective movies from the 50s
