An angry mob would catch you, once the reindeer were too tired to fly anymore, and they'd probably beat you up really bad for ruining Christmas for everybody. Unless you wait until after Santa's delivered all the presents, then take the sled. By then he doesn't need it until next year, and you'd only get coal in your stocking the next year. Coal isn't a bad gift, really, you can warm up your house or cook food using it.

You would definately make the naughty list. Still, since you have the sled...and presumably you took it after the elves filled it with goodies for all of the good boys and girls...then naughty or nice ceases to matter. You could sell all of those goods on Ebay for cold hard cash!
