Vitex
It is a wonderful tonic to enhance the chances of conception through its ability to regulate ovulation and if taken through the first trimester, vitex will reduce the chances of miscarriage. After the birth, it helps a new mother to produce plenty of milk.
For women who are trying to get pregnant, Vitex may be helpful to help regulate the ovulatory cycle.
It appears to increase progesterone by stimulating luteinizing hormone release from the pituitary gland. Vitex also normalizes excessive prolactin, promoting fertility.
This is another that I have never tried but it had Vitex in it.....

There are a few different things you can take that are supposed to help your fetility such as vitex, fertilaid, etc. And you can read about some of them on www.twoweekwait.com and the success stories. But my suggestion would just be to be as well prepared and well educated as possible.
Start charting your bbt if you don't already - an excellent website to help you with it and it pretty much does all the work for you is www.fertilityfriend.com
Buy the Clear Blue Easy fertility monitor - its worth every penny. But a cheaper way to go would be to buy the CBE ovulation tests that have the smiley face as a result. I've heard lots of great things about them.
And last but not least - when you are fertile - use preseed (www.preseed.com) to help the sperm get where they need to go. I am using it for the first time and have a really good feeling about it. Not to mention I have heard so many people have success on the first try with it that I had to try it.
Some good websites you can read more about the whole timing thing, etc. are webmd.com, babyzone.com, babycenter.com. Stay healthy & relax.... making a baby should be fun so don't stress and it will happen! Good Luck and lots of baby wishes to you!

Prenatal pills and living an over all healthy lifestyle, along with keeping track of your cycles and ovulation, and lots of sex is about all you can do. There are fertility drugs you can get from a dr. if you go that way.
Good luck ..
