But I prefer an individual anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall. You can get AVG Free anti-virus, SpyBot and AdAware for anti-spyware, and Comodo/ ZoneAlarm for firewall.

AVG 7.5 is a good free antivirus program you can download, try typing avg into your search engine and click on any links it brings up.oh yeh and like some of the others on here try spybot and zone alarm all free versions available.
